Sometimes its good...

I spent the money to buy an ad-free format, but I STILL get ads!! Thats so dumb... And now when those ads open it crashes!! And sometimes what happens is itll start to open and then freeze. I can lock my phone and everything, but I cant close the app. I dont understand how it can be this glitchy... Please fix this ASAP
